Free Housing in exchange for Part-Time Help
FREE HOUSING IN EXCHANGE FOR PART-TIME HELP: NEWTON family is looking to trade : you get housing right near campus and Newton center, in exchange for part-time help around the house Mon through Fri ams, and also babysitting some Saturday nights. This is a part-time job – 15 hrs/wk; You would be free during the days for another job/school etc.
· Mornings would require a couple of hours of light housekeeping: kitchen clean-up, laundry, straightening, vacuuming etc. exact hours are flexible.
· Saturday nites include kitchen clean up, and looking after 3 kids (ages 4, 6 and 
while mom and dad are out.
· Occasionally, we would ask for extra help during the day or evening, depending on our needs and your availability, within our 15 hour agreement. (we would pay for any hours over 15)
In exchange, you get your own large room, with your own full bathroom and separate entrance to the outside. Utilities and wireless internet included. We live in a beautiful, safe neighborhood near Newton Center. (1.5 miles to T)
We are looking for someone who is upbeat, responsible, organized and motivated to help. We prefer someone with own car. Non-smokers only, please.
You MUST be legal to live and work in the US. We are looking for a one year commitment.
